Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, enclosed herewith the Annual Report of the Company for the FY2025-26 along with the Notice of the 7th Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”) of the Company to be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The requirement to send physical copies of the Annual Report along with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to the Members has been dispensed with pursuant to the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) from time to time. In compliance with the aforesaid circulars, the Company has dispatched the Annual Report for FY 2025- 26, along with the Notice of the AGM, to its Members through electronic mode only today, i.e., Thursday, August 27, 2026. Further, in accordance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company shall dispatch a letter to the Shareholders whose e-mail addresses are not registered with the Company/RTA/DPs, providing a web-link and QR from where the Annual Report can be accessed on the website of the Company. The Company has fixed Tuesday, September 15, 2026, as the “cut-of date” for determining the Members eligible to cast their vote through remote e-voting or through e-voting during the AGM, on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 7th AGM. The remote e-voting period shall commence from 9:00 a.m. (IST) on Thursday, September 17, 2026, and ends at 5:00 p.m. (IST) on Monday, September 21, 2026.
