Ref.: Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/CFD/PoD2/P/CIR/2026/14 dated January 30, 2026. Dear Sir/ Ma’am Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”) and the SEBI Master Circular referred to above, we wish to inform you that M/s Carya Chemicals & Fertilizers Private Limited (“CARYA”), a Material Subsidiary of Suraj Industries Ltd., has received, on August 27, 2026, License to Work a Distillery in Premises in Form R.D.1 from the Office of the Excise Commissioner, Rajasthan, Udaipur, vide Licence No. 01/2026-27 dated August 25,2026. The aforesaid Licence has been issued in respect of 125 KL per day grain-based Distillery Unit set up by CARYA at SP1-2, RIICO Industrial Area, Village Guwadi & Majhari, Tehsil Shahbad, District Baran, Rajasthan – 325217, for manufacturing of Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA). The construction of the Distillery has been completed, and CARYA will soon commence trial runs. Thereafter , the commercial operations are expected to begin in September 2026. The Company received confirmation from CARYA regarding receipt of the aforesaid Excise Licence today, i.e. August 27, 2026, at 04:48 P.M. . This is for your information and record.
