Ref: Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations), 2015 (the “SEBI Listing Regulations”) Dear Sir/Madam, We wish to inform you that, the EV Swapping Private Limited (CIN: U74999PN2020PTC192401) a member of Promoter Group of the Prostarm Info Systems Limited (“the Company”), has been struck off by the Registrar of Companies, Pune, Ministry of Corporate Affairs under Section 248 of the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to EV Swapping’s application for voluntary strike off, vide Notice of Striking Off and Dissolution bearing reference no. STK- 7/001432/2026. Consequently, EV Swapping Private Limited (CIN: U74999PN2020PTC192401) has ceased to be a of the Promoter Group of the Company with effect from July 06, 2026. The aforesaid action will have no material impact on the operations or financial position of the Company.
