(1ST) and concluded at 05:30 P.M. (IST) has inter-alia considered and approved that: 1. The Company had submitted an application to the Stock Exchange on June 02, 2026 having case number 269823 seeking approval for the proposed issue of 81,95,000 Convertible Warrants of Rs. 10/- each at issue price of Rs. 61/- per warrant. on a preferential basis (“Preferential Issue”). Further, due to unfavourable market conditions and other economic considerations, the Company has decided not to proceed with the issue at this stage and have decided to withdraw the aforesaid application for the Preferential Issue submitted on June 02, 2026.
