Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that Mr. Amrut Gada, Founder and Promoter of Sejal Glass Limited (“the Company”), participated in a television interview recorded on August 25, 2026, for the programme titled “Untold Journeys”, being produced for telecast and dissemination through television and other digital/social media platforms. The interview was recorded at the office and factory premises of Sejal Glass and Glass Manufacturing Products LLC, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, a subsidiary of the Company. As part of the programme, the office, manufacturing and operational facilities of the subsidiary were also filmed. During the interaction, Mr. Amrut Gada shared, inter alia, his entrepreneurial journey, business experiences, growth and development of the business, innovation, leadership and the Company's/subsidiary's journey and operations in the United Arab Emirates. The recorded programme is proposed to be broadcast and/or released on television and other digital and social media platforms on a future date, as may be decided by the concerned production/broadcasting agency. The Company shall disseminate the relevant details and/or web link of the programme, upon its official release and availability in the public domain, as may be appropriate. We further clarify that the aforesaid interaction was based on information already available in the public domain and no unpublished price sensitive information (“UPSI”) pertaining to the Company was discussed or shared during the interview.
