Accordingly, Shri Rakesh Bhalla (DIN: 07020164) has been re-appointed as an Additional Director, designated as Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 25th August, 2026 by the Board of Directors through a resolution by circulation passed on 27th August, 2026.
