b. What is the contribution of exports as a percentage of the total turnover of the entity?
The Company’s operations and project execution activities are primarily focused within India and the Company does not
undertake export activities or operate in international markets. Accordingly, contribution of exports to the total turnover
of the entity for FY 2025-26 is Nil.
c. A brief on types of customers
The Company specializes in infrastructure development and construction activities and primarily caters to government
and public sector clients across central, state and municipal levels. Its customer base comprises metro rail corporations,
municipal corporations, public works departments, urban development authorities, transport authorities, and other
government and semi-government agencies involved in infrastructure development.
The Company undertakes projects under Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) as well as Design and Build
models where it is responsible for the execution of complex infrastructure projects including planning, engineering,
construction and related development activities. The Company’s project portfolio includes metro rail corridors, elevated
and underground infrastructure, flyovers, bridges, roads, tunnels, hospitals, commercial buildings and other urban
infrastructure projects.
The Company is being involved in numerous prestigious projects across India and have established a strong reputation
for delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions. We have worked on projects funded by various government bodies,
including The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority
(MMRDA), Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) and the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC),
Ahmedabad Metro, Surat Metro, Maha Metro, CIDCO Metro, Pune Corporation, Mumbai Corporation, Thane Corporation,
Pimpri Chinchwad Corporation ,Maharashtra State PWD, ESIC Corporation, Uttar Pradesh Rajkiya Nigam Limited (UPRNL),
Central and Western Railways, Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL).
Government and public sector contracts continue to constitute a significant portion of the Company’s business operations
reflecting its long-standing experience and execution capabilities in large-scale infrastructure development projects
across India.
