The Cut-off date for the purpose of E-voting is Tuesday, 15th September, 2026 and a person, whose name is recorded in the register of members or in the register of beneficial owners maintained by the depositories as on the cut-off date, shall only be entitled to avail the facility of Remote E-voting as well as E-voting during the AGM. The remote E-voting facility shall commence on Saturday, 19th September 2026 at 9.00 AM and shall end on Monday, 21st September 2026 at 05.00 PM.
