The value of the work order is Rs. 205,89,14,000/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Five Crores Eighty-Nine Lakhs and Fourteen Thousand only), including GST @ 18%. The Company has received a communication from SDAT regarding termination of the aforesaid work order, pursuant to the decision to restructure and redesign the Global Sports City project considering the total extent of land available, in order to develop a bigger, comprehensive and all-encompassing Sports City capable of hosting future National and International level sporting events, including events of the scale of the Asian Games. The communication regarding termination of the work order was received by the Company on 12t August 2026. The Company had commenced activities pursuant to the aforesaid work order and has incurred substantial expenditure towards the project. Subsequent to the change in the State Government, the concerned authorities undertook areview of various projects and work orders, pursuant to which the aforesaid work order was terminated by SDAT. The Company had been engaging with SDAT regarding the continuation ofthe projectand had made efforts to pursue the same. However, the work order was subsequently terminated by SDAT. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, including the Company's efforts towards continuation of the project and the expenditure already incurred, there was an inadvertent delay in making the requisite disclosure to the Stock Exchanges. The Company has accordingly made the present disclosure and regrets the delay.
