(IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means without physical presence of the members at a common venue, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules framed thereunder read with General Circular Nos. 14/2020 dated 8th April, 2020, 17/2020 dated 13th April 2020, followed by General Circular No. 20/2020 dated 5th May, 2020 and subsequent circulars issued in this regard, the latest being 10/2022 dated 28th December, 2022 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in this regard. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 12th September, 2026 to Friday, 18th September, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 40th Annual General Meeting.
