The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 have already been submitted vide our earlier communication in this behalf, submitted on May 22, 2026. This is for your information and record.
