Managing Director Message
Dear Fellow Shareholders,
It is with a deep sense of gratitude, responsibility and optimism that I present to
you the Annual Report of Humming Bird Education Limited.
Every year in the journey of an organisation brings new opportunities, new
learnings and a renewed sense of purpose. For us, however, progress has never
been measured only by how far we have travelled, but by the difference we are
able to make in the lives of young learners. Our greatest responsibility continues
to be creating meaningful opportunities for children to discover their potential,
strengthen their abilities and move forward in life with confidence and purpose.
Nitesh Jain
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Education is undergoing a profound transformation. The world our children will inherit will demand much more
than academic knowledge alone. It will require curiosity, adaptability, creativity, problem-solving ability, confidence
and a lifelong willingness to learn. This belief continues to guide our efforts as we strengthen our educational
initiatives and build platforms that encourage students not merely to compete, but to learn, explore, challenge
themselves and realise what they are capable of achieving.
Our Olympiads have always been built around this larger purpose. They provide young learners with an opportunity
to go beyond the routine classroom environment, test their understanding, develop confidence and experience the
joy of achievement. As our reach continues to grow across schools and communities, so does our responsibility to
maintain the trust placed in us by educators, parents, students and institutions.
Technology is also creating extraordinary possibilities in education. We remain committed to thoughtfully
integrating digital learning, assessments and technology-enabled solutions so that quality educational opportunities
can become more accessible, engaging and meaningful. While technology will continue to evolve, our guiding
principle will remain unchanged: every innovation must ultimately serve the learner.
As an organisation, we remain firmly committed to quality, integrity, transparency and continuous improvement.
We understand that sustainable growth is built patiently—through trust earned over years, promises honoured
consistently and value created for every stakeholder associated with us.
The journey ahead fills me with immense confidence. India has one of the largest and youngest student populations
in the world, and I firmly believe that the responsibility of educational organisations today is not merely to prepare
children for examinations, but to help prepare them for life, opportunities and the future. We aspire to contribute
meaningfully to this transformation and to build an ecosystem where every child gets an opportunity to identify
strengths, develop skills and dream without limitations.
None of what we have achieved would have been possible without the people and institutions who have believed
in us.
I humbly extend my heartfelt gratitude to our shareholders for their continued faith and encouragement. Your trust
places upon us an even greater responsibility to build the Company with prudence, integrity and a long-term vision.
I offer my sincere thanks to our schools, principals, teachers and educators, who remain our strongest partners in
reaching and inspiring young learners. Your dedication to education motivates us every day.
To our employees and team members, I express my deepest appreciation. Your commitment, perseverance and
willingness to continuously improve are among the greatest strengths of our organisat
