This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e. 27th August,2026 has inter alia, approved allotment of 26,42,400 warrants at a price of Rs. 104/- per warrant, convertible into 26,42,400 equity shares of Rs. 5.00/- each, on preferential basis, to Promoters & others i.e Non Promoters the list is attached in annexure A (i.e. persons/entities not forming part of the promoter, in compliance with applicable provisions of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 as amended. Each warrant is convertible into one (1) equity share and the conversion can be exercised at any time during the period of 18 months from the date of allotment of warrants on such other terms and conditions as applicable.
