Completion of Lock-in Period: Pursuant to the applicable SEBI Circular guidelines, the Letter of Confirmation (LOC) was issued by our Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) on February 07, 2026, subject to a mandatory 6-month lock-in period. The said lock-in period has successfully completed on August 06, 2026. 2. Dematerialization of Shares: Consequent to the completion of the lock-in period, the underlying 5,000 shares have been duly dematerialized and credited directly into the demat account of Mrs. Kamala Anil Taparia (Partner of Shree Orient Corporation).
