A) Financial results not signed by authorized signatory/ies –
In the Board Meeting held on November 04, 2025, the Board approved the Unaudited Standalone
and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter of the Financial Year
2025-26. Under Agenda Item No. 14, the Board also authorized Mr. Rajiv Agarwal, Director, and/or
the Whole-time Director and/or any other Director, severally, to sign the financial results on behalf
of the Company. Accordingly, Mr. Sandip Weling, Whole-time Director, is authorized and eligible to
sign the financial results on behalf of the Company.
B) Machine Readable Form / Legible copy of Financial Results not submitted –
The Financial Results submitted are OCR-based and machine-readable. Accordingly, the Financial
Results have been submitted in a machine-readable and legible format.
