Company’s plant at Vapi, Gujarat
In furtherance to our communication dated July 24, 2026, regarding the disruption of
operations at the Company’s manufacturing unit located at Vapi, Gujarat, we wish to
inform that the operations at aforesaid plant have partially resumed owing to our
continued efforts to restore the facility. The Company continues to monitor the operations
at the facility to assess the related impact.
The assessment by the insurance company’s appointed surveyors is currently underway.
