Pursuant to the applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, (“Listing Regulations”) please be informed that the 38th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the members of the 63 moons technologies limited (“the Company”) will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 11.30 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (“VC”)/ Other Audio- Visual Means (“OAVM”), in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA") and the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI"). The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 17, 2026 to September 23, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM and Dividend. The payment of dividend will be made subject to the approval by members at the AGM and appropriate judicial orders; a) To all those beneficial owners holding shares in electronic form, as per the beneficial ownership details to be furnished by depositories viz. NSDL/CDSL as on September 16, 2026; b) To all those members holding shares in physical form, after giving effect to all valid share transfers lodged with the Registrar & Transfer Agent on or before September 16, 2026. Further, the Company has fixed September 16, 2026 as the cut-off date to ascertain the eligibility of members entitled to cast their vote electronically on all the resolutions to be passed at the AGM. The same cut-off date would also ascertain the members, who do not cast their vote electronically during the e-voting period and wish to cast their vote electronically at the ensuing AGM. The e-voting schedule is as under; Commencement of e-voting September 19, 2026 (09:00 am IST onwards) End of e-voting September 22, 2026 (upto 05:00 pm IST) Pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, as amended from time to time, please find enclosed the copy of Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2025-26 alongwith the Notice convening the 38th AGM of the Company, which is being sent through an email to those members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Depository Participant(s).
