(IST) through Video Conferencing (“VC”) / Other Audio-Visual Means (“OAVM”), the following dates have been fixed: 1. Book Closure: The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 16th September, 2026 to 22nd September, 2026, both days inclusive, for the purpose of the AGM. 2. Cut-off Date: 15th September, 2026 has been fixed as the Cut-off Date for determining the eligibility of Members to exercise their voting rights through remote e-voting and at the AGM. 3. Remote E-voting Period: The remote e-voting facility will commence on Saturday, 19th September, 2026 at 9.00 A.M. (IST) and shall end on Monday, 21st September, 2026 at 5.00 P.M. (IST).
