Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the outcome of the Board Meeting as follow: 1. Pursuant to section 179 of the Companies Act, 2013,we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approved to avail working Capital term loan facility from HDFC Bank. 2. The Board of Directors of the Company has decided to opt for the EV trucks and presently evaluating a proposal for the purchase of Electric Vehicles (EV trucks) for deployment in the Company’s logistics business. The proposed initiative is expected to provide long-term operational and cost benefits to the Company, particularly through lower fuel and energy costs, reduced maintenance expenses and improved overall cost efficiency of the logistics operations. The adoption of EV trucks is also expected to contribute towards optimisation of the Company’s transportation costs and enhance the competitiveness of its logistics business. Further, the proposed transition towards electric mobility is in line with the Company’s commitment towards green energy, sustainable business practices and environmental responsibility. The use of EV trucks is expected to help reduce carbon emissions and dependence on conventional fossil fuels, thereby contributing to a cleaner environment and supporting the broader objective of sustainable and environmentally friendly logistics. The proposal, including the number of EV trucks, investment amount, financing arrangements and implementation timeline, is currently under discussion and evaluation.
