It is submitted that the operations of Dabur Nepal Private Limited, subsidiary of the Company, operating in Nepal, have not been impacted by the said floods as the major operations of the subsidiary company are located in the valley region at Kathmandu and Birganj, Nepal. The manufacturing plants of the subsidiary company continue to be fully operational. Operations of only 3 distributors of the subsidiary company whose offices are located in the flood affected area, are likely to be impacted to some extent. Estimated overall impact is negligible.
