No. Particulars Details 1 Amendment of Object Clause of • The main object clause of the Memorandum of Memorandum of Association of Association (MOA) of the company is altered by inserting the Company (MOA) a new clause (Ill)(A)(2) after clause Ill(A)(1). The alteration in the main obj.ect clause of MOA will enable the Company to enlarge the areas of operations and the proposed activities can be under the existing circumstance, conveniently and advantageously be combined with the present activities of the Company. '•Amendmentofcertainobjectclauses underclause Ill(B) of the MOA -The Obj.ects of the Company incidental or ancillary to the attainment of main obj.ects in alignment with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013, • Deletion of certain objects underclause Ill(C) of the MOA - The Other Objects of the Company which are not relevant to the business activities of the Company/•Theotherobj.ectsofthecompanyunderclauseIll(C) of the existing MOA will be regrouped with the Objects specified under Clause Hl(B) The Objects of the Company incidental or ancillary to the attainment of main objects and subsequently Clause lH(C) The Other Objects of the Company in the existing MOA will be deleted. / 2 Adoption of new set of Articles The existing Articles of Association (AOA) of the Company is of Association of the Company based on the provisions of erstwhile Companies Act,1956.
