Dear Sir/ Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and with reference to waiver application filed by Mangalam Worldwide Limited (the Company) vide our letter no. MWL/CS/SE/2026-27/91 dated July 10, 2026 with BSE Limited in connection with BSE Notice bearing Reference No. SOP- Review-30/06/2026 dated June 30, 2026 levying a fine of Rs. 1,30,000/- plus GST for 26 days towards alleged non-compliance of Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. In this regard, we are pleased to inform that the Company’s waiver application and representation for waiver of fine was placed before the Relevant authority of BSE Limited and the same has been considered and approved by BSE Limited on 26th August, 2026. Accordingly, the Company is not required to pay any fine towards above mentioned alleged non-compliance. The Company remains committed to comply with all applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations and other applicable laws and regulations. Kindly consider and take the same on your record.
