Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), we are submitting herewith the Integrated

of AGM for the financial year 2025-26.

Integrated Annual Report 2025-26. The same is being circulated through electronic mode to all the members

being circulated, to those shareholders(s) who have not so registered.
