Sub: Update to Disclosure dated June 11, 2026 under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 – Proposed Purchase of Land Ref: GALAXY BEARINGS LIMITED (Scrip Code: 526073; Scrip ID: GALXBRG) Dear Sir/Ma’am, With reference to our disclosure dated June 11, 2026 regarding advance payments made in connection with the proposed purchase of agricultural land situated at Old R.S. No. 254, New R.S. No. 422/3, admeasuring approximately 7,588 sq. meters, located at Village Shapar, Taluka Kotda Sangani, District Rajkot, Gujarat, we wish to inform you that the Company has made a further advance payment of ₹1,00,00,000 (Rupees One Crore Only) to the proposed seller, Mr. Samjibhai Pragajibhai Dhameliya, on August 27, 2026. Accordingly, the aggregate advance paid by the Company in relation to the proposed transaction stands revised from ₹3,76,00,000 (Rupees Three Crore Seventy-Six Lakh Only) to ₹4,76,00,000 (Rupees Four Crore Seventy-Six Lakh Only). The aforesaid payment has been made through banking channels and shall form part of the consideration for the proposed acquisition, subject to finalization of commercial terms and execution of definitive documents. All other disclosures and information contained in our earlier communications dated May 02, 2026 and June 11, 2026 remain unchanged. The proposed transaction continues to be under evaluation and is subject to due diligence, finalization of terms, execution of definitive agreements and applicable statutory approvals. No sale deed or transfer of ownership has been executed as on date.
