c. A brief on types of customers
The Company provides comprehensive healthcare services to a diverse patient base, serving both insured and uninsured
individuals across its network. By offering access to specialised healthcare through multiple payment channels, the
Company strives to ensure that quality cancer care remains accessible to patients from varied socioeconomic backgrounds.
Our patient mix includes individuals covered under private health insurance, self-paying patients and beneficiaries of several
government-sponsored healthcare schemes. The Company is empanelled under various central and state government
health programmes, including the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS), the Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health
Scheme (ECHS) and other state government healthcare initiatives, enabling eligible beneficiaries to access specialised
oncology services across our network.
In addition, the Company serves patients whose healthcare coverage is supported through social security programmes
administered by international institutions and organisations, in accordance with the applicable empanelment arrangements.
These associations further expand access to specialised cancer care for eligible patient populations.
Through this diversified patient base and broad network of empanelments, the Company is able to extend advanced
oncology services to a wide spectrum of patients while supporting greater accessibility to quality healthcare. This reflects
our continued commitment to delivering patient-centred care and ensuring that specialised cancer treatment is available
to those who need it through multiple healthcare financing mechanisms.
