The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain close from Tuesday, 15th September, 2026 to Monday, 21st September, 2026 (both days inclusive). The dividend, as recommended by the Board, if approved at the Annual General Meeting will be credited/ dispatched within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting, subject to deduction of tax at source to members: (i) whose names appear as Beneficial Owners in the list of Beneficial Owners as on 14th September, 2026 as furnished by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) for this purpose; and (ii) whose names appears as Members in the Register of Members of the Company after giving effect to valid transmission or transposition requests lodged with the Company or its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA") viz. M/s MUFG Intime India Private Limited (Formerly known as Link Intime India Private Limited) on or before 14th September, 2026. This is for your information & records.
