With reference to your email dated June 17, 2026 regarding the Financial Results submitted to the
Exchange dated 21-May-2026, wherein Financial results submitted in XBRL did not contain Debt
Equity Ratio in Standalone and Consolidated XBRL, we would like to submit the following
clarification:
The Company had duly disclosed the Debt-Equity Ratio in the Standalone and Consolidated Financial
Results submitted in PDF format. However, due to an inadvertent omission while preparing and filing
the XBRL submission, the said ratio was not captured in the Standalone and Consolidated XBRL filings
as the same was not under the mandatory field to be filled and also there were no errors were pop up
while doing validation.
Therefore, we request kindly allow us to resubmit the XBRL.
