August 25, 2026; (The details of Mrs. Shoba Nahar as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025- CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed in Annexure-A) b) Mrs. Balasubramanian Kiruthika (DIN: 10255325) as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company who shall hold office for a term of five consecutive years i.e., from April 01, 2027 upto March 31, 2032. (The details of Mrs. Balasubramanian Kiruthika as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025- CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed in Annexure-B) Further, as per the requirement of the SEBI Circular dated June 14, 2018 read with Circular No. List/Comp/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018 issued by BSE on the subject of enforcement of SEBI Orders regarding appointment of Directors by listed companies, we hereby affirm that the above directors are not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other such authority.
