Ref.: Letter of BSE bearing Ref. No. L/SURV/ONL/PV/SJ/ 2026-2027 / 4177 dated 26.08.2026 This is with reference to the captioned letter seeking clarification in respect of significant movement in the price of equity shares of the Company. In this regard, it is clarified that the Company has made all necessary disclosures of events/information pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, from time to time. There is no undisclosed event/information, including any impending announcement, which, in the opinion of the Company, may have a bearing on the price/volume behaviour of the equity shares of the Company. The Company is not aware of any specific reason attributable to the Company for the recent movement in the price/volume of its securities. The movement appears to be market-driven, and the Company has no control over the same. The Company reiterates that it continues to comply with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and shall continue to make necessary disclosures to the Stock Exchanges in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
