The said disclosure formed part of the notes to the statements of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, under note no. 10 to the Consolidated Financial Results and note no. 9 to the Standalone Financial Results. In this regard, an update was submitted to the stock exchanges on August 18, 2026. In furtherance of above, we hereby inform you that a follow-on complaint has been filed with the SEBI on August 26, 2026, at 6.37 pm, requesting the SEBI to initiate appropriate investigation to examine this matter under the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, especially in the light of earlier complaint filed on February 12, 2026.The Company will continue to update the stock exchanges on any significant developments related to this matter.
