The allotment under the respective scheme(s) are made in the following manner: a) ESOP Scheme 2020- 1,92,100 Equity shares; b) ESOP Scheme 2024- 2,18,900 Equity shares. The said Equity shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respect. The above allotment has been approved by the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company today i.e. August 26, 2026. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to ₹18,49,64,47,030/- (Rupees One Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Nine Crore Sixty-Four Lakh Forty- Seven Thousand Thirty only) comprising 1,84,96,44,703 Equity Shares of face value of ₹ 10/- each.
