The requisite details, as per Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026 as Annexure - A. Mukta A2 had received the SCN via email on 24th August, 2026. The delay in intimation was due to the time required for internal review and verification of the SCN to ensure an accurate and complete disclosure is made to the Stock Exchanges. Mukta A2 is seeking an expert advice and contest the SCN and will submit its response accordingly. Impact on financial, operation or other There is no material impact on financial, activities of the listed entity, quantifiable in operation or other activities of the Company. In monetary terms to the extent possible. the event any penalty is adjudicated and becomes payable the same shall be payable by Mukta A2. The financial of Mukta A2 are consolidated with the financials of the Company.
