The Company received formal intimation regarding his demise only on 26th August 2026, and accordingly, made the present disclosure immediately upon receipt of the said information. The delay in making the disclosure was solely due to the fact that the Company was not aware of the demise of Mr. Shankar Lal Bajaj until the aforesaid date. Consequent upon his demise, Mr. Shankar Lal Bajaj ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from 21st August, 2026. The Board of Directors and the management of the Company place on record their deep condolences on the sad demise of Mr. Shankar Lal Bajaj and acknowledge his valuable contribution and guidance during his tenure as an Independent Director of the Company. The Company regrets the delay and assures that necessary measures will be taken to ensure timely compliance with the applicable disclosure requirements.
