In this regard, the Company would like to clarify that in order to comply with Regulation 17(1) of the LODR Regulations, a new Independent Director was inducted on the Board w.e.f. July 15, 2026. Compliance under regulation 17(1A) of the LODR Regulations was duly rectified and complied and made good on May 29, 2026. The Company hereby confirms that, as on date, the Company is fully compliant with the applicable provisions of Regulation 17(1) and 17(1A) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
