The notice relates to certain GST- related discrepancies, including alleged excess/ineligible availment of input tax credit, mismatch in e-way bill and GSTR-3B data, and other related GST matters. The notice proposes an aggregate demand of Rs. 321.60 crore, comprising tax, interest and penalty. 2 Expected financial implications, if any, Since the matter is presently at the Show Cause due to compensation, penalty etc.; Notice stage, the Company is in the process of preparing its response and firmly believes that it has strong legal and factual grounds to defend its position. The Company will take all necessary steps to present and defend its case before the relevant authorities.
