Sub: Intimation of Record Date for Final Dividend for Financial Year 2025-26.
Pursuant to the Regulation 42 of SEBI Listing Regulations, it is hereby informed that
the Company has fixed Thursday, 10th September, 2026 as ‘Record Date’ for the
purpose of determining entitlement of the shareholders of the Company to receive
Final Dividend of 25% (i.e., Rs. 2.50 per equity share of paid-up value of Rs. 10 each
for the Financial Year 2025-26. The said Dividend, if declared by the shareholders at
the ensuing Annual General Meeting, shall be paid on or before 16th October, 2026,
subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable.
