8 Arvind Limited | Integrated Annual Report 2025-2026
About the
Report
FY26 was a year in which Arvind Limited demonstrated the depth
and adaptability of its business model. The 95th Integrated Annual
Report presents that journey through the lens of performance,
strategy, resilience, governance and long-term value creation.
The report covers Arvind’s business activities and performance
for the period April 01, 2025 to March 31, 2026. It provides
stakeholders with a consolidated view of how the Company
delivered growth in a volatile operating environment, strengthened
its financial position, scaled key business platforms and continued
to invest in capabilities that support future competitiveness.
The theme for this year’s report, Strength that Adapts, reflects
the core of Arvind’s FY26 story. It captures the Company’s ability
to respond to changing market conditions with discipline through
volume growth, cost optimisation, working capital rigour, customer
engagement, manufacturing depth, sustainability-led operations
and the continued scaling of growth platforms such as Garmenting
and Advanced Materials.
This report explains how Arvind creates value through its six
capitals: Financial, Manufactured, Intellectual, Natural, Human,
and Social & Relationship Capital. It connects financial outcomes
with the operating decisions, investments, capabilities, risks
and stakeholder relationships that shape the Company’s long-
term performance. This approach is consistent with the structure
followed in Arvind’s previous Integrated Annual Report, which
presented value creation through the six capitals and aligned
performance with strategy and sustainability initiatives.
In preparing this report, Arvind has considered the principles of
the Integrated Reporting framework, the GRI Standards, the nine
principles of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs’ National Guidelines
on Responsible Business Conduct (NGRBC), and SEBI’s Business
Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting framework.
