ENHANCING STABILITY
FY 2025-26 was a defining Global trade remained volatile, shaped by tariff-

that demonstrated the strength and supply chains. Yet, despite these challenges,
Apex delivered strong revenue growth, improved

diversification, and the resilience of and maintained stable volumes.
an integrated business model. This resilience was not incidental. Over the last
several years, Apex has consciously expanded its
presence beyond traditional markets, laying the
groundwork for a more diversified and balanced
export portfolio. In FY 2025-26,, these efforts
translated into tangible results, with non-U.S.
markets emerging as the largest contributor to
revenues for the first time in the Company’s history.
Strong growth in the European Union market helped
offset temporary disruptions in the U.S., validating
our long-term strategy of reducing concentration
risk while creating multiple avenues for growth.
At the same time, our integrated operations,
expanded value-added product portfolio, and focus
on operational efficiencies along with firm global
shrimp realisation enabled us to protect margins
and enhance profitability even in a challenging
environment. Supported by strong cash generation,
disciplined working capital management, and
significant debt reduction, we entered FY 2026-27,
with one of the strongest balance sheets to date.
As global markets evolve, we remain focused on
broadening opportunities while strengthening our
foundations. With diversified markets, scalable
processing capabilities, growing value-added
offerings, and a lean financial structure, Apex is
well-positioned to capitalise on future growth
opportunities while navigating uncertainties
with confidence.
"EXPANDING HORIZONS,
ENHANCING STABILITY"
captures this journey—expanding our reach across
geographies, customers, and product segments,
while reinforcing the operational, financial, and
strategic pillars that create sustainable long-
term value.
