Directors’ Report and annexure thereof, of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026. 4. Cut-off Date: The Cut-off Date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of the Members to attend the 7th Annual General Meeting of Company will be Wednesday, 16th September, 2026. 5.
