However, as the Project expansion is completed well within the proposed budget and also there is a reduction in the Capital Cost and Term Loan as well, we have shred the plan to go for fund raising thru NCDs. ln view of this decision, we write to inform you that we are withdrawing the rating exercise with immediate effect." Inspite of the said communication, Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited, were insisting the Company to furnish them information for reviewing the rating of proposed NCDs, which was already dropped by the Company. A number of time the Company stated Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited that there is no need for rating the proposed NCDs, as the proposal is dropped. However, they proceed to review the rating of proposed NCDs, even the proposal was dropped by the company, and showing their outlook with ISSUER NOT COOPERAITNG*.
