With reference to the above, we wish to inform you that the Company has received an Order dated August 25, 2026, passed by the Adjudicating Authority under the PMLA, New Delhi, in Original Complaint No. 263/2026 M/s Reliance Communications Limited, arising out of Provisional Attachment Order No. 19/2026 dated March 11, 2026 issued by the Directorate of Enforcement (“ED”). Vide the said Order, the Adjudicating Authority has confirmed the provisional attachment of certain movable and immovable properties of the Company, having an aggregate value of ₹581.65 crore, under Section 5(1) of the PMLA. (The details of the movable and immovable properties covered under the attachment are set out on pages 55 to 61 of the said Order) The Order further provides that the attachment shall remain in force during the investigation for a period not exceeding 365 days or until conclusion of the proceedings before the Special Court under the PMLA, as applicable. The Order further provides that an appeal under Section 26 of the PMLA may be filed before the Appellate Tribunal within 45 days from the date of receipt of the Order. The details required to be disclosed pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
