This corrigendum is being issued to amend/ provide additional details as mentioned herein and pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018: 1. Explanatory statement to the Notice of EGM be read with the following revisions: FOR ITEM NO. 1: 14. Practicing Company Secretary's Certificate: A certificate from Maharshi Ganatra and Associates, Practising Company Secretary (Mem No.- F11332; COP No.: 14520), certifying that the preferential issue is being made in accordance with the requirements of Chapter V of the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018, shall be placed before the shareholders at their proposed Extra Ordinary General Meeting and the same shall be available for inspection by the members at the Registered Office of the Company between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM on all working days between Monday to Friday from the date of dispatch of the EGM Notice till September 9, 2026.
