financial year ended 31st March, 2026.

During the year, your Company undertook significant strategic initiatives aimed at sharpening its

Pursuant to these strategic divestments, the Company is now primarily focused on its Engineering Products Division and Technical
services, together which continues to deliver quality products and solutions to customers across diverse industries. The Company
remains committed to enhancing customer value through its technical capabilities and a comprehensive range of services including
repairs and spares support, maintenance, on site testing services, training and calibration services.

The Company's wholly owned subsidiary, MHE Rentals India Private Limited, continues to carry on the business of equipment rentals
