Dear Sir / Madam,
In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that on the basis of inspection by the Pollution
Control Committee of U.T. Administration of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu
(DNH&DD) [hereinafter referred to as “PCC DNH & DD”] of the Company’s Industrial Unit
at Survey No. 81, 82/1, 90/1 and 90/2, Daman Industrial Estate, Village Kadaiya, Daman-
396210 (UT), PCC DNH & DD vide its Letter dated 25th August, 2026 has (a) directed the
Unit to comply with the applicable provisions of the Water (Prevention and Control of
Pollution) Act, 1974, Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Hazardous and
other Waste (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016, (b) to take corrective
measure to ensure compliance with the environmental norms prescribed by the PCC DNH &
DD and (c) imposed Environmental Compensation of Rs.1.47 Crore. The Company has paid
the said Environmental Compensation on 25th August, 2026.
The relevant details as per the requirements of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular no.
HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026 are provided in
“Annexure 1”.
