Company in their meeting held today i.e., Wednesday, 26th August, 2026 have inter-alia,
considered and approved the following major businesses:
1. The 16th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company to be held on
Wednesday, 30th September, 2026 through Video conferencing (“VC")/Other Audio
Visual Means (‘'VC/OAVM’) facility in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by
the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”") to transact the businesses as contained in the
notice convening the AGM.
The Board Meeting commenced at 2:30 P.M. and concluded pat 04:15 P.M.
