Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) and 53(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the Integrated Annual Report of the
Company along with Notice convening the AGM for the financial year 2025-26, which is being
sent through electronic mode to Members whose e-mail IDs are registered with the
Company/Registrar to an Issue & Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’) / Depository Participant (‘DP’).
Further, in accordance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has dispatched the letter to the Shareholders
whose e-mail IDs are not registered with the Company/RTA/DP, providing a web-link from
where the Integrated Annual Report can be accessed on the website of the Company.
