Subject: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR)
1. In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, we hereby inform that, Stock Exchanges i.e., BSE
Limited (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) imposed a fine of Rs.
13,03,900/- each (inclusive of GST) for the quarter ended on 30 June 2026 w.r.t. non-
compliance under Regulation 17(1),17(2A) 18(1) ,19(1), 20(2)/(2A), 21(2),SEBI LODR.
2. BDL will seek waiver of the fines levied by BSE & NSE on the ground of impossibility of
compliance as per policy for exemption of fines, since the authority for appointment of the
Directors on the Board of BDL vests with the President of India acting through Ministry of
Defence and Board of BDL has no role in appointment of Directors.
3. The fine levied by NSE & BSE has no impact on the financial, operation or other activities
of the Company.
