The Company officials were shown a letter of authorization for inspection by the GST officials around 11 a.m. The inspection proceeding was concluded by the GST Officials around 7:30 p.m. on the same day i.e. June 20, 2026, and the Company has given full co-operation and assistance to the GST Officials. At present, there is no material impact on the financials, business operations or any other activities of the Company due to the aforesaid inspection proceedings. In the event there is any material update that requires intimation under the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company will make necessary disclosures in accordance with regulatory provisions.
