Annual Report for the FY 2025‐26
Pursuant to Regulation 34 (1) and 30 (2) read with Part A of Schedule III and all other
applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015 (as amended), We hereby inform you that, the 41st Annual General
Meeting (“AGM”) of the Members of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26 has been
scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 11:30 a.m.(IST) through
Video Conferencing ("VC")/ Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM") facility inter‐alia to
transact the businesses stated in the Notice dated August 4, 2026.
Please find enclosed herewith, a copy of the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-
26 including the Notice of the 41st AGM of the Members of the Company scheduled
aforesaid and the Business Responsibility & Sustainability Report, which is being sent
only through electronic mode to the Members of the Company.
The said 41st Annual Report of the Company for the FY 2025-26, containing the Notice
will be made available on the website of the Company viz.
www.hindustanfoodslimited.com.
Further, in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and relevant rules, the
Company has fixed September 16, 2026 as the cut – off date for determining the eligibility
of the Members to cast their vote through electronic means through remote E-voting
prior to the Meeting or E-voting during the Meeting for the Resolutions proposed in the
said Notice of 41st AGM.
The Notice of the 41st AGM of the Members of the Company inter‐alia indicates the
process and the manner of voting by electronic means prior and during the AGM and
instructions for participating at the AGM through VC/ OAVM.
