Please find enclosed herewith, a copy of the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025- 26 including the Notice of the 41st AGM of the Members of the Company scheduled aforesaid and the Business Responsibility & Sustainability Report, which is being sent only through electronic mode to the Members of the Company. The said 41st Annual Report of the Company for the FY 2025-26, containing the Notice will be made available on the website of the Company viz. www.hindustanfoodslimited.com. Further, in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and relevant rules, the Company has fixed September 16, 2026 as the cut – off date for determining the eligibility of the Members to cast their vote through electronic means through remote E-voting prior to the Meeting or E-voting during the Meeting for the Resolutions proposed in the said Notice of 41st AGM.
