Towers, Dalal Street, Fort, Mumbai – 400 001 Dear Sir/Madam, Sub.: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we wish to inform that the Company is in receipt of notice from BSE Ltd. dated 25th May, 2026 (at 7.01 p.m.) imposing a fine of Rs.5,36,900/- for non-compliance with the provisions of Regulation 17(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 during the quarter ended 30th June, 2026. In this regard, it is informed that as per the provisions of SOP Circular issued by Stock Exchanges, the Company vide its letter dated 26th August, 2026 has requested BSE Ltd. to grant waiver of the fines imposed with reference to the non-compliances of the above- mentioned Regulations, as being a Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) under the administrative control of the Ministry of Heavy Industries, Govt. of India, the power to appoint Directors on the Board of Directors of the Company vests with the President of India. AYCL has also taken up the issue with the administrative ministry for appointment of requisite number of Independent Directors so as to ensure compliance with the aforesaid Regulations.
